LOS ANGELES — (TYDN) A Hollywood celebrity sued the makers of "Grand Theft Auto V," alleging in federal court here Thursday that the graphic and violent game employs her "drunken whore actress" likeness without permission.

The unidentified celebrity sued Rockstar Games, claiming that a character in the video is "a drunken whore actress who is a lot like me, and therefore infringes on my likeness." The suit seeks $10 million in damages and demands that the character be removed from the game that allows players to steal cars, shoot at cops and abuse prostitutes.

It is the second time this month that Rockstar Games was sued over allegations that a celebrity's likeness was employed in the game without permission.

Lindsay Lohan sued July 1 in a Manhattan court, claiming the video game based a character and "incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years before the Defendant's release of the GTA V game."

Rockstar declined comment.
